Chivas Whisky Mixology Dinner

CrossBar, Todd English’s whisky centric pork specialty eatery at the Limelight Marketplace, set the scene for an inventive Chivas Mixology dinner party. Guests enjoyed exquisite dishes of lump crab meat gazpacho, scallops and Serrano wrapped pork loin, complemented with unique Chivas whisky pairings, whilst Brand Ambassador Peter Karras and Crossbar master mixologist, Doug Draper, spoke to guests about whisky blends and malts as well as how the cocktails were conceived.

Guests adjourned to the drawing room after dinner, where the gentleman relaxed with Chivas 18 served neat and ladies sipped on decadent Chivas coffee cocktails, complemented with a dark chocolate torte as they lingered and chattered on late into the night.
