Plymouth Gin Mixology Dinner

Gin enthusiasts and culinary power players were treated to an innovative mixology dinner party with Plymouth Gin at downtown LA’s Rivera. Renowned Chef John Sedler and award-winning mixologist, Julian Cox, explored the nouveau art of molecular gastronomy and guided members through a telescopic experience into the history of Plymouth with avant-garde dishes and cocktails for the evening.

A mystifying Gin and nitrogen-Lime Mousse welcomed curious guests to the Sangre Room, complete with a three course spread of Gin macerated gravlax, warm ruby borscht and moulard duck steaks. Satisfied palates departed with hints of coconut espuma and carrot air, and a deeper appreciation of Plymouth, The World’s Smoothest Gin.
